The 30MW solar PV Taiohi project is in Northern Waikato. Developed in conjunction with WEL Networks, this project has been designed with best-in-class technology from around the world. Providing energy to the local community and beyond, NewPower sees this as a community-partnering project that will help support the local economy. Construction is nearing completion and once finished it will be NewPower’s largest solar farm and generation asset.
